Who are we?
We are a people-focused investment management organization that needs and retains high quality staff. We are well established in the City and as we only have one client, the State of Kuwait, we do not advertise our services or publicize ourselves.

Career Development
We view the continued growth and development of all our staff as important to the future of the KIO and develop training programs to further your development needs.
We encourage staff to undertake training to develop their skill and knowledge and will sponsor staff towards professional educational qualifications.
On an annual basis, we also provide a three month internship programmed for graduate trainees who have completed their programs in Kuwait.
