Training and Qualifying of new Kuwaiti Graduates

This program aims at qualifying and training a group of fresh graduates to prepare them to work in the economic and financial sector of the Kuwaiti Market through a special thirteen-month program. The program consists of three stages:

First Stage

This stage includes several training courses that are organized at KIA’s training center with the cooperation of several local and international training institutions and some of the financial institutions with which KIA has business relations. These courses focus on investment, economics, accounting, administration and computer skills. This stage includes on the job training as well, within the various departments of KIA.

Second Stage

This is an on-the-job training stage with reputed international financial institutions with investment business abroad. This stage lasts for three months. The trainees acquire practical experience and critical skills in the investment and financial areas as a result of their exposure to the international financial markets.

Third Stage

This is an on-the-job training stage in KIA departments for one month. The stage aims to:

• Equip the trainees with know-how and experience relating to business activities within the local financial institutions and to become aware of activities in the markets in which conduct business.

• Give such institutions the opportunity to become aware of the capabilities and qualifications of the trainees and provide them with employment opportunities.

•  Avail to the trainees the chance to become aware of the job opportunities available at such institutions and to benefit from such opportunities.
